What is the Amity Alexandra Warranty?

We offer a six (6) month warranty on all standard Amity Alexandra items, guaranteeing that each piece is free from manufacturing defects. This warranty covers any issues related to the craftsmanship or materials of the jewelry.

Is There a Warranty on Custom Pieces?

Yes, for custom projects, we offer an extended one (1) year warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This covers complimentary repairs for any damages not resulting from unusual or extreme wear. Please note that this warranty does not cover loss, theft, or damage to center stones.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not cover wear and tear or damage incurred through use, such as exposure to harsh environments, loss of stones, or theft. Additionally, any repairs or services performed by someone other than Amity Alexandra will void the warranty. Proper care and handling of your jewelry are essential to maintaining its beauty and longevity.

Is the Warranty Transferable?

No, the warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser of the item.

How Do I Claim the Warranty?

Are There Any Fees for Warranty Repairs?

Warranty repairs are free of charge, but customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our repair center.

What If My Item Is Discontinued?

If your item is no longer available, we will offer a replacement of equal or greater value.

Conditions & Exclusions

  • The warranty is only available to the original purchaser or the recipient of the item shipped directly from Amity Alexandra.
  • The warranty applies only to pieces crafted by Amity Alexandra.
  • Any maintenance, repair, or resizing performed by another jeweler will void the warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear, product loss, loss of stones, or theft.

Common Issues Not Covered by the Warranty

Some common wear-and-tear issues that are not covered under the Amity Alexandra warranty include:

  • Discoloration of metals due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, or swimming pools.
  • Tarnishing of metals over time.
  • Normal wear on prongs, clasps, and other mechanisms that may require restoration.
  • Loss of stones or damage due to chipping or wear on the settings.
  • Scratches, dents, or surface abrasions on metal, enamel, or ceramic surfaces.
  • Pearl or stone discoloration or polish degradation due to exposure to chemicals.
