• Cosmetics orders ship via USPS or FedEx within 2-3 business days for U.S. orders once processed. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Note that expedited shipping applies only after the processing time.

Returns Policies for Beauty:

• Eligibility: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used cosmetics. Unopened and unused cosmetics may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, sealed condition and with all original packaging.
• Return Process: To initiate a return for cosmetics, please contact support@amityalexandra.com. Products must pass a quality check to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• If your cosmetics arrive damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement or refund.
