• In Stock: 3-10 business days
• Backordered: 3-10 business days once available. These items are usually available within two weeks after order.
• Made to Order: 3-6 weeks
• Custom: 6-8+ weeks

Shipping: Once processed, all orders will be shipped via USPS or FedEx within 2-3 business days for U.S. orders. Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge. Please note that choosing expedited shipping does not change the processing time.

Special Shipping: Made to order and custom designs are shipped via USPS or FedEx with full tracking and insurance and a signature required. Amity Alexandra insures the shipment until it is signed by the recipient, in which case it becomes the responsibility of the purchaser. We take extra care to ensure your package arrives safely and discreetly, using unbranded packaging without any company name or logo.

Before placing your order, please ensure you’ve carefully reviewed our ring sizing guidelines to ensure a perfect fit. Accurate sizing is crucial, especially for custom and made-to-order rings, as they are non-returnable.

Sizing Options:

1. Free Printable Ring Sizer:

• Download and print our complimentary ring sizer at home. Ensure your printer settings are set to “Actual Size” to avoid any discrepancies.
• Follow the instructions provided to find your perfect size.

2. Free Ring Sizer by Mail:

• Simply send an email to support@amityalexandrajewelry.com with your name, phone number and mailing address, and we will ship one out to you!

3. Visit a Local Jeweler:

• For the most accurate measurement, visit a reputable jeweler to have your finger sized. This is especially recommended for custom or made-to-order rings.

Important Sizing Considerations:

Band Width:

• Wide Bands: Rings with a width of 5mm or more will fit tighter. When sizing for a wide band, it’s important to size your finger with a band of similar width. You may need to go up half a size or more.
• Standard Width: For rings under 5mm in width, your standard size should be accurate.

Temperature and Time of Day:

Remember that your finger size can change with temperature and time of day. It’s best to size your finger at room temperature and avoid measuring when your hands are cold or overly warm.

• Sizing for Comfort:
• Your ring should slide on easily but resist slightly when being removed. It should feel snug, but not tight, and should not spin excessively on your finger.

• Cleaning: Regularly clean your jewelry with a soft cloth to remove dirt and oils. For a deeper clean, use mild soap, warm water, and a soft brush. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Storage: Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a soft pouch or separate compartments in a jewelry box to prevent scratches.
• Wear with Care: Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh environments such as pools, hot tubs, or direct contact with perfumes and lotions. Remove jewelry before engaging in activities that may cause damage.
• Inspections: Regularly inspect your jewelry, especially pieces with stones, to ensure settings remain secure. If you notice any issues, contact us for professional repair services.
• Avoid Impact: While your jewelry is designed to be worn and enjoyed, avoid wearing it during activities that may subject it to heavy impact, which can loosen or crack stones and damage settings.

• Eligible Returns: In Stock and Backordered items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original, unused, and resellable condition, with all original packaging and any complimentary gifts included.
• Non-Returnable Items: Made to Order, Custom Items, and any resized pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable. If for some reason you are unhappy with your custom purchase, we will do everything possible to rectify the situation. However, the original purchase is nonrefundable and any new changes to the design will have additional charges.
